you agree to follow the guidelines, responsibilities, and standards outlined in this Instructor
Terms & Policies document. These policies ensure a high-quality, respectful, and safe learning
environment for all learners and instructors on the platform.
1. Introduction
These Instructor Terms define your rights and responsibilities as an instructor on Etdemy.
By proceeding with registration, you agree to comply with all policies listed below.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify as an instructor on Etdemy, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate personal and professional information.
Demonstrate proficiency in the subject you teach.
Submit required onboarding materials (bio, intro video, sample content).
3. Content Quality Standards
All instructors must follow Etdemy’s course quality standards:
Courses must offer clear, accurate, and valuable information.
Content must be original and free from plagiarism.
Audio and video quality must meet minimum production requirements.
Lessons must be structured, organized, and easy to follow.
Promotional, misleading, or irrelevant content is not allowed.
Etdemy reserves the right to request revisions or reject any content that does not meet
platform standards.
4. Instructor Responsibilities
As an instructor, you agree to:
Provide truthful and updated information regarding your expertise.
Deliver high-quality educational content.
Treat all learners respectfully and professionally.
Respond to student questions and feedback in a timely manner.
Keep your course content updated when needed.
Comply with copyright laws and Etdemy’s platform rules.
5. Prohibited Actions
Instructors may NOT:
Upload copyrighted or stolen material.
Use hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory language.
Promote illegal activities.
Publish misleading, false, or harmful information.
Share student personal data or misuse platform information.
Redirect students outside of Etdemy for private payments or services.
6. Compensation & Payments
Your earnings depend on:
The revenue model defined by Etdemy.
Completed student enrollments or purchases.
Applicable deductions, taxes, or processing fees.
Etdemy may update payment structures with notice.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the courses you create.
By uploading content, you grant Etdemy a license to host, market, and distribute your
content on the platform.
You must ensure that all materials used (videos, images, resources) do not violate
third-party copyrights.
8. Code of Conduct
Etdemy instructors must:
Foster an inclusive learning environment.
Avoid discrimination or harassment.
Maintain integrity and professionalism.
Promote a positive, growth-oriented atmosphere.
9. Platform Rights
Etdemy reserves the right to:
Review, approve, or reject instructor content.
Remove courses that violate platform policies.
Suspend or terminate instructor accounts for serious violations.
Update these terms and policies at any time with notice.
10. Termination of Instructor Agreement
Your instructor access may be terminated if:
You violate major policies.
You repeatedly fail to meet course quality standards.
You misuse or harm the platform or learning experience.
11. Agreement & Acceptance
